• A diagnostic cosmetic waxup is fabricated to allow visualisation of the final result before treatment is initiated.
  
  
• Periodental cosmetic surgery is completed to create an even gum line.
  
  
• Provisional veneers and crowns fabricated from the diagnostic waxup are placed to simulate the final result and to allow any final modifications to be made.
  
  
• Porcelain laminate veneers and all-porcelain crowns are placed, creating a natural and beautiful smile.
