Our therapist Anita Hughes is a qualified hypnotherapist and registered with The Hypnotherapy Society.  She uses hypnotherapy to assist the client to enter into a natural state of altered awareness; during which positive therapeutic change may be brought about.  She also uses EFT (emotional freedom technique) which involves tapping on specific acupuncture meridian points and EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing).

Anita has many years of experience working with / helping people.
