Zen Well Being – Holistic Body Treatments

Reflexology
A specialised foot massage used in ancient times by the Chinese, Egyptians and Indians. Every organ and part of the body has a corresponding pressure point in the foot. The application of firm pressure to these points unblocks energy channels and increases circulation. Reflexology can be useful for a variety of conditions including tension headaches, insomnia or just to take time out.
